Photography is Poetry

My name is Lexeh and I am so glad you're here visiting my little corner of the internet!I am originally from a small town in Florida called Chipley. But now I am located in Daphne, Al and I absolutely love it here. As cliche as it sounds, I genuinely did marry my best friend, Patrick. Together we have two children, Emerson(2) and Rowan(1). They are what inspired me to take my passion for photography and turn it into a business. If I said I always wanted to be a photographer, I would be lying. I was never quite sure what I wanted to be. But I knew I loved taking photographs. Not only posed ones, but also the candid moments. Don't get me wrong, I love a traditional family portrait, but there's something about getting a small, toothless grin when a toddler isn't paying attention ; or the crinkle on his mother's nose while she is laughing at her husband's joke. I love what I do with an enormous passion and you can always tell that through my work. I love that no day is ever the same. I love meeting new people and finding new, beautiful locations. I want to leave our time spent together as a fun one. Not just someone you "hired for pictures." Honestly, there is nowhere I feel more confident than behind the camera!
